Offerings

Therapy with Z offers a range of clinical, educational, and wellness-focused services designed to meet different needs, goals, and levels of support. Offerings range from brief, practical coaching and individualized psychotherapy to curriculum-based groups, experiential classes and workshops, professional trainings, and immersive retreats. Services may be used independently or, when appropriate, alongside one another. Format, focus, duration, and availability vary by offering.

Coaching

30 minutes

Coaching provides brief, focused, and practical support for coping skills, goal setting, problem-solving, stress management, healthy routines, and other areas of personal growth and well-being. Coaching may be appropriate for lower-acuity concerns or used as additional support between therapy sessions. Coaching is non-clinical and does not include psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions.

Individual Therapy

60 minutes

Individual psychotherapy provides a deeper clinical space to explore emotions and experiences, understand patterns, address mental health symptoms, process difficult or traumatic experiences, and work toward individualized treatment goals. Therapy may integrate reflection, skill-building, mindfulness and mind-body practices, self-compassion, and other evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches based on each person’s needs and preferences.

Group Therapy

60 minutes

Group therapy is guided by structured therapeutic curricula created by Z to support focused work around specific mental health concerns, experiences, and areas of well-being. Each curriculum integrates psychotherapy, psychoeducation, practical skills, guided reflection, and opportunities for connection with others. Groups may focus on areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, suicidal ideation, self-care, mindfulness, positive psychology, coping skills, and emotional well-being. The length, setting, and curriculum vary by group.

Classes

60 minutes

Classes offer accessible opportunities to learn and practice approaches that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Depending on the topic, a class may include education, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, self-compassion, stress management, self-care, integrative health, or other mind-body practices.

Workshops

120 minutes

Workshops build on the class format with additional time for a deeper exploration of a particular topic, practice, or skill. Workshops integrate education with experiential learning and may include discussion, reflection, guided exercises, mindfulness and mind-body practices, and practical strategies participants can incorporate into their lives or work.

Trainings

6+ hours

Trainings provide in-depth education and skill development for mental health, healthcare, and other professionals, as well as organizations and communities. Topics may include trauma and PTSD, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, self-compassion, mindfulness, stress, and other areas of mental health and well-being. Trainings combine research-informed education with practical application and may be adapted to the needs of a particular audience or setting. Continuing education credit may be available for select trainings.

Retreats

2+ days

Retreats offer immersive, multi-day experiences centered around a focused theme, tradition, or practice. Each retreat creates space to slow down and explore a topic more deeply through an integrative combination of education, experiential learning, reflection, rest, community, and mind-body practices. Themes and programming vary by retreat and may draw from mindfulness, meditation, yoga, integrative health and wellness traditions, and other approaches to well-being. Pricing varies based on length, location, programming, accommodations, meals, materials, and other included features.
